Ibruxen 140mg capsule are target therapy medication for the treatment of leukemia. The generic name of this medication is Ibrutinib. Ibruxen is a kinase inhibitor that is used in the treatment of –

  • Mantle cell lymphoma
  • Waldenstorm’s macroglobulinemia
  • Chronic lymphocytic leukemia
  • Marginal zone lymphoma
  • Chronic graft versus host disease
  • Pharmacodynamics

Ibruxen is a Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor. BTK is involved in the maturation of the cancerous blood cells. Therefore Ibruxen binding inhibits the maturation of abnormal B-cells also it has antineoplastic properties. So, Ibruxen stops the growth and spreading of abnormal blood cells.

Missed Dose
It is advisable to avoid missing any doses of Ibruxen however if you miss a dose consult your doctor immediately.

WARNINGS
