Caboxen 80mg tablets (20mg) is a chemotherapy medication that is used in the treatment of kidney cancer. It is also used in the treatment of liver cancer and thyroid cancer. It is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that stops certain growth factors. Caboxen is a prescription-based medication given by the doctor.

Pharmacodynamics

Caboxen inhibits several receptor tyrosine kinases such as VEGFR and c-MET. These growth factors promote uncontrollable cell growth in the cancer cells. Caboxen as a result stops the growth and spreading of the cancer cells.
