Mechanism Of Action
It belongs to a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. Rolimus treats cancer by inhibiting cancer cells from growing further and by decreasing blood supply to the cancer cells. Rolimus prevents transplant rejection by decreasing the activity of the immune system.
Side Effects-
Weakness, Sinus inflammation, Infection, Fever, Cough, Fatigue, Stomatitis (Inflammation of the mouth), Otitis media (infection of the ear), Diarrhea, and Upper respiratory tract infection (UTI).
Pharmacodynamics
It is the study of drug effects and what the medicine does to the body.
Rolimus binds with high affinity to the FK506 binding protein-12 (FKBP-12), thereby forming a drug complex that stops the activation of mTOR. This inhibition reduces the activity of growth stages in cancer cells and subsequently induces cell growth arrest and apoptosis.
Pharmacokinetics
Study of what the body does to the medicine. Rolimus is absorbed rapidly and reaches peak concentration after 1.3-1.8 hours. A steady state is reached within 7 days.
Minimum effect concentration (MEC)
A minimum concentration of medicine in the blood is required to produce the therapeutic effects. Its predefined therapeutic MEC is ( 3 ng/mL)
Minimum toxic concentration (MTC)
Minimum medicine concentration in blood above which toxic or adverse effects are precipitated. Its MTC is 8ng/mL
Bioavailability Rate
After oral administration, the medicine achieved approximately 20% bioavailability.
Shelf Life
Shelf life is the time period over which the concentration of the active medicinal ingredient in the formulation lowers by 10 percent from its value at the time of manufacture.
Its shelf life is 2years

Overview
Inlybest-1 contains Axitinib as an active substance and it is indicated for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma (a type of cancer that begins in the kidney). This anticancer formulation belongs to a group of medications known as tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Inlybest-1 is available in the form of a tablet and it works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein. Take this medicinal formulation orally and swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water. Follow your dosing instructions as prescribed by your general practitioner.
Pharmacodynamics
Axitinib helps prevent the progression of cancer by inhibiting angiogenesis and blocking tumor growth. It selectively blocks the tyrosine kinase receptors VEGFR-1 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor), VEGFR-2, and VEGFR-3. The formulation is mainly eliminated in the feces (about 41%) with nearly 12% of the original dose as unchanged axitinib. There is also 23% eliminated in the urine, most of which are metabolites.
Usage
This effective regimen is used to treat Kidney cancer and it helps in decreasing the spread of cancerous cells. Follow all the instructions carefully and administer the tablet as directed by your physician. Do not increase or decrease the strength of Inlybest-1 and for better efficacy complete your dosing schedule. Monitoring of blood pressure is required during treatment with Inlybest-1 (Axitinib) tablets.
