Docel 120mg injection treats breast cancer. Sometimes it also treats non-small cell lung cancer, prostate cancer, and cancer in the head and neck. Docetaxel is used alone or with a combination of other cancer medicines to treat cancer cells. The patients should follow the doctor’s prescription for better results.

Pharmacodynamics

Docel 120mg injection belongs to the medicine called taxanes. It is a taxoid antineoplastic agent and promotes the assembly of microtubules by preventing depolymerization from tubulin dimers and stabilizing microtubules. This will inhibition of the normal dynamic reorganization of the microtubule network which is essential for vital interphase and mitotic cellular functions.
