Pemeta (Pemetrexed) injection is used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. This injection works by disrupting the cancer cell multiplication. This medication is given by your doctor or nurse. Take this medicine according to your doctor’s dosing schedule. Do not take this medicine in the wrong way as it may lead to some severe side effects. Pharmacodynamics Of Pemeta (Pemetrexed 100mg Injection)

Pemeta inhibits the in vitro growth of mesothelioma cell lines (MSTO-211H, NCI-H2052). Pemetrexed is an antifolate containing the pyrrolopyrimidine-based nucleus that exerts its antineoplastic activity by disrupting the folate-dependent anti-metabolic process essential for cell replication. Pemeta administered as a single agent in doses ranging from 0.2 to 838mg/m2 infused over 10 minutes.

Usage Of Pemeta (Pemetrexed 100mg Injection)

Pemetrexed is given as an infusion into the vein. This medication is usually given every 3 weeks.
