Lenvima (Lenvatinib 10mg Capsule) is a medicine that is used to treat certain kinds of cancer (Thyroid cancer, Kidney cancer, and Liver cancer). This medicine belongs to a group of cancer-fighting medications known as antineoplastic. Take this medicine with or without food. Your doctor will decide the exact dosage. Pharmacodynamics Of Lenvima (Lenvatinib 10mg Capsule)

Lenvatinib is a receptor tyrosine kinase receptor that inhibits the kinase activities of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptors VEGFR1, VEGFR2, and VEGFR3. Lenvatinib also inhibits other RTKs that have been implicated in pathogenic angiogenesis, tumor growth, and cancer progression in addition to their normal cellular functions, including fibroblast growth factor (FGF) receptors FGFR1, 2, 3, and 4; the platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRα), KIT, and RET. After the oral administration, the effect of this medicine can be observed in 1 to 4 hours.
