Capetero (capecitabine) tablet is an anti-cancer medicine used in the treatment of colorectal cancer and breast cancer. This medication works by preventing cell division and cancerous cells. Take this medicine orally once a day. Your doctor will decide the dosing schedule according to your medical condition and your response to the treatment. Do not take this medicine in the wrong way as it may lead to some severe side effects. Inform your medical advisor if you are using any other medications. Pharmacodynamics Of Capetero (Capecitabine) 

Capecitabine is a fluoropyrimidine carbamate derivative that is designed as an orally administered, tumor-activated, and tumor-selective cytotoxic agent. Capecitabine is a non-cytotoxic in vitro. Capetero reached peak blood levels in 1.5 hours with peak 5-FU levels occurring slightly later, at 2 hours.

Usage Of Capetero (Capecitabine)  

Capetero tablet is used in the treatment of colorectal, gastric, or breast cancer. This medicine is also used to prevent the development of colorectal cancer after the complete removal of the tumor by surgery. Take this medicine with food within 30 minutes after taking the meal. Always discuss with your doctor if you are taking any other medicine. If you miss a dose according to your dosing schedule, do not take a double dose. This medication may take some time to show results. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your medical advisor tells you to do so.
